Our disc is not for you? No problem.
We are convinced that you will love our menstrual disc! But also aware that using a new menstrual product comes with a bit of a learning curve, so we're here to help!
You can always contact us at hello@raynecare.com. We will be happy to help you personally to make your period as comfortable as possible. Try it out and if you're still not happy with your disc after 2 periods, we'll refund the purchase price of your product*. We will refund the purchase price up to 90 days after the date of purchase, provided proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is provided.
We will then dispose of your disc in an environmentally friendly manner.
*rayne is not able to refund shipping or import fees/taxes.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only the disc is exchangeable under the refund guarantee. All other products, such as accessories, cannot be exchanged under the return guarantee.
