Changed your mind about your order? No problem, that can happen. Here you can easily withdraw from your purchase without having to call us or fill out a lengthy form.

The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you receive your order. You can find all the details in our withdrawal policy.

One important note: As our discs are hygiene products, withdrawal is only possible as long as the packaging seal has not been opened. This is required by law and is there to protect you as well as us.

You can find more details about the process in our Withdrawal and Return Policy and our General Terms and Conditions.
